There have been quite a few beautiful conversions unveiled at the Geneva Motor show and one of the cars that caught our attention was the Hamann Evoque wide body conversion that we blogged about last week, and it’s another Hamann conversion that has caught our eye yet again, with the all new Hamann Motorsport Memo-R a conversion based on the mighty McLaren MP4-12C.

 Now there have been 3 other companies that have launched their McLaren conversions at the show, FAB Design, Gemballa, Mansory and none of them can shine a light at the Hamann conversion, infact we feel a couple of companies have actually ruined the look of the beautiful little Macca, but we live in a world where everybody like different things and whilst we dont like the conversions personally there will be plenty of people that will.

At last a Range Rover Evoque conversion with some substance.

 There are a couple of tuning / aero companies that have tried and failed when they have launched their final dress for the Evoque, we wont go into detail as its all personal choice, but we are happy to say colour scheme apart the Hamann Motorsport conversion we are impressed with, we can only imagine what the aero parts would look like all colour coded and with a better style of wheel.

Well it’s about time that Hamann jumped into the Panamera market, it’s been a long wait and boy was it worth it.

The aero package consists of an aggressive looking from bumper with built in LED lights and side vents, Rear bumper with side vents and diffuser, Beautifully crafted side skirts  not so subtle rear wing which we think will be a like or loathe and a new aggressive looking vented Bonnet, wider fenders front and rear which are 60mm wider than the stock car, now for a wheel specialist like ourselves that's music to our ears, the cogs are turning for some pretty epic looking wheel builds although Hamann does offer their own 22" forged wheels in 9.5x22 and 11x22, but we know we could do so much better with a more aggressive and wider wheel and tyre build.
